Terms and Conditions

The application allows users to browse and book leisure farms listed by farm owners.

All bookings are subject to the agreed-upon cancellation policy with the farm owner:

📌 Standard Cancellation Policy:

If the user cancels the reservation more than 7 days before the booking date, they are eligible for a 90% refund of the total amount paid.
The 10% non-refundable portion covers administrative and processing fees.

📌 Last-Minute Cancellation Policy:

If the user cancels the reservation within 7 days of the booking date, they are eligible for an 80% refund of the total amount paid.
The 20% non-refundable portion accounts for last-minute booking restrictions and operational costs.

The application acts as a booking intermediary and is not a party to the agreement between the user and the farm owner.
If a farm owner cancels a booking without prior notice, the user is entitled to a full refund, which will be processed by the application in accordance with its financial policies.

All booking payments are processed through the application.
The user agrees to pay the total reservation price, including any applicable taxes and fees.

The user agrees not to use the application for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.
If a user repeatedly makes and cancels bookings fraudulently or provides false information, the application has the right to restrict or suspend their account.
If a user causes financial losses to the application or farm owners by making fraudulent bookings or repeated cancellations without valid reason, the application reserves the right to hold the user financially responsible and impose a penalty at its discretion.

The application is provided as is, without any warranties of any kind.
The application is not responsible for damages, losses, or disputes arising from a users stay at a listed property.
To the extent permitted by law, the applications liability to the user shall not exceed the total booking amount paid.
The application is not liable for service failures due to technical issues, maintenance, government decisions, or other factors beyond its control.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Iraq.
Disputes shall be resolved amicably, and if no resolution is reached, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in Baghdad in accordance with Iraqi law.
The user has the right to file an official complaint through the application if the services provided do not match the advertised description.

The application reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. Users are responsible for reviewing the latest version.
Continued use of the application after changes are made shall constitute explicit acceptance of the revised terms.

The application collects user data in accordance with the published Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms.
The collected data includes: Name, phone number, email address, location (with user consent), payment information, usage data, and device data.
By using the application, the user expressly consents to the collection and use of their data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
The application implements appropriate security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.

Users have the right to leave reviews and ratings for farms after their stay.
Users must provide honest and objective reviews.
The application reserves the right to remove any misleading, false, or offensive reviews that violate platform policies.

The application is not liable for any booking delays or cancellations caused by:

The user agrees to indemnify and protect the application, its employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse of the application or violation of these terms.

All intellectual property rights related to the application are owned by the application.
Users are not allowed to copy, modify, or use any content, trademarks, or software from the application without prior written consent.
